I'll skip the scathing screed that I was planning on writing - which could really go on and on as to how bad things went. Let’s just say that I'm still waiting for the written explanation from Travelocity as to why my "confirmed" hotel reservation wasn't really confirmed.

Is there anything that Travelocity can do correctly? Words cannot adequately describe the lack of performance by this company both with the initial reservation, the feeble attempts to make it right and then ignoring my request for an explanation. Their guarantee means less than the electrons it’s written with. Travelocity was nothing but a burden on this trip. A pox upon their company and its website
