Very frustrating travel experience. - Flight


I recently traveled to Slovenia and Austria with a 1.5 year old child. Frustrating in and of itself, but Travelocity made it the worst travel experience that I have ever had. They did something wrong with the way that they linked the child to my ticket. We had to wait in line at the ticketing agent at EVERY SINGLE layover, plus the rebooking on a cancelled flight for about an hour to have them figure it out. Who knows what they could possibly be typing on their computers for so long or who how many different managers they might need to call on the phone. We almost missed 3 of our flights due to this. When one of our flights got cancelled, we RAN to the ticketing agent and were the first ones from our flight to arrive. Due to this Travelocity snafu, we were there long after everyone else on the flight had been rebooked. And of course there were no more seats on the next few flights by that time. I would really like to continue using their services, because I actually had only good experiences with them before. I usually use them to book because it is simple and convenient and they usually have very competitive prices. However, I have tried to let them know how disappointed I am with my experience, and there is no one to email. When you call customer service, you get transferred to a manager who will be 45 minutes to hold, but will "call you back." He never does. I can't believe that Travelocity wouldn't care more about keeping a valued customer-I have probably booked 100 flights through you!! No longer. If you don't value my patronage, I will take my business elsewhere. And you can guarantee I will be vocal about it.
